- Identity and verification documents: government-issued IDs, business licences, tax certificates, bank details and other Know-Your-Business (KYB) documents required to comply with regulation and to enable settlement.
- Transaction data: payment amounts, references, currency, payer contact details, channel, timestamps, status and any associated fees or settlements.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and similar identifiers used to secure your account and improve the Services.
- Communication data: emails, support chats, WhatsApp messages and calls with our team.

- Provide, operate and improve the payment orchestration platform.
- Verify merchant identity, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- Process payments, calculate fees, maintain the ledger and settle merchants.
